May I send one check to pay mulitple providers?
Unfortunately, no a check must represent a single provider. But you are more than welcome to send multiple checks in one envelope.
Are you a part of the hospital?
No, we are a seperate billing company that bills for providers within the hospital.

Can I make a payment plan?
We do accept scheduled payment plans please contact our customer service representatives to find out more. The phone number is on your statement.
Why do I have more that one account number?
We generate a new account number for every date of service. If you were in at the doctor's for more than a day it is very likely you will have more that one account number.
I have Medicaid Why did I get a bill?
We simply don't have your medicaid number. Call us and let us know what it is and we will get it changed immediately.
Do you file out of state medicaid?
Sorry, but we only file medicaid for IN and IL.
Is my Doctor in Network?
Please call your insurance company we do not have this information.
When is my payment due?
Your payment due date is listed on your statement.
I gave the hospital my insurance information why don't you have it?
The hospital either didn't give us the information or they gave us information that was incorrect.
